Dr. Holmes has three children: Judy Barthelomew in Columbus, Ohio;
Beverly Jones of Fairport, N.Y., and Thomas Holmes in Springfield, Ohio.
He has three grandchildren.
Being a doctor can be very strenuous; a family doctor may be called
any time of the day or night. Babies especially love to arrive in the
middle of the night. Perhaps, in part, this accounts for Dr. Holmes' love
for boating. Dr. and Mrs. Holmes spend as much time as they can spare
during the summer months relaxing on thier boat. He also likes to bowl and
golf.
